DO YOU SERVICE AGENTS IN EVERY STATE?

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME AN AGENT?

If you intend to service customers based in the United States as an Arise Certified Professional, you must be legally residing in the United States and be 18 years or older.

AM I AN EMPLOYEE OF VIRTUAL ELITE STAFFING?

Please note that you are not an employee of either WFHS, LLC or Arise. This is a business opportunity, and you will work as a W-9 contract worker. You will be responsible for paying your own taxes, and we will provide you with a 1099 form if you earn over $600. It is recommended that you consult with a tax professional to better understand your options as a freelance worker. ARE THERE FEES TO GET STARTED?

As an Independent Contractor (IC), it is your responsibility to cover any associated fees, which you can view as an investment in your business. Here is a breakdown of the fees you will incur:

For new registrants, there will be an initial background check fee of $30.00 payable directly to our third-party vendor. It is important to note that if you have a felony or any fraud charges, you may not be eligible to provide services on the Arise platform.

Arise certification course fees vary depending on the client, and you are responsible for paying them as an independent contractor. Currently all certification classes are FREE! (They normally range from 9.99- 299.99 depending on the client you choose to service)

The fee for our Virtual Elite Staffing service is a fixed $35 for each Pay period. This fee is necessary to cover our business expenses and provide you with support throughout the certification process and our working relationship. This includes ongoing education, accounting, revenue disbursement services, monthly live sessions, 24/7 access to private community, the opportunity to service clients without the need for incorporation.

The ARISE® service fee is already included in our fee and covers the infrastructure provided by Arise, including the ARISE® 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk, STARMATIC® scheduling system, and WILLOW® accounting services.

Please note that no fees will be charged until the first invoice period after you start providing customer interaction services to your first Arise client.

Be sure to keep up with your expenses to bring to your tax professional for any deductions you may qualify for.

HOW DO I GET PAID?

You will be paid on the 1st and 15th days of the month. If this should fall on the weekend or bank holiday, it will be the next business day.

DO I GET PAID FOR CERTIFICATION?

You can begin earning revenue during your certification class by taking live practice calls, which usually happens between the second and third week of the certification process. Upon successful completion of the certification, you will be able to choose your full schedule.

HOW MUCH REVENUE CAN I EARN?

You can work as much as you want, but each client has a minimum hourly requirement of 15 or 20 hours that you must fulfill to continue servicing them. Additionally, some clients have a weekly cap of 100 hours. For example, if you work 100 hours per week and earn $15.00 per hour, your weekly earnings would be $1,500. However, if you work only 15 hours and earn $15.00 per hour, your weekly earnings would be $225. Ultimately, the number of hours you work is up to you.

CAN I HAVE ANOTHER JOB WHILE I PROVIDE SERVICES FOR ARISE CLIENTS?

You are welcome to have another Full-Time or Part-time job. You choose your own schedule on the Arise Platform so you can choose hours that work best for you.

DO I NEED A BACKGROUND CHECK?

Arise and our clients have strict requirements for Client Support Professionals (CSPs) who provide customer service and have access to confidential information. To ensure that potential CSPs are who they say they are and don't have a criminal history, a background check is mandatory. Any history of fraud-related felonies or misdemeanors will disqualify them from being hired.

WHAT TYPE OF WORK WILL I BE DOING?

Being an Independent Contractor has its perks, and one of the best is that you can decide what kind of work you want to do. Our clients come from various industries such as luxury handbags, cruise lines, coffee shops, tax software, theme parks, exercise equipment, donation drives, mega churches, and more. This means you get to pick and choose who you want to work with. Additionally, you get to decide when you want to work, and how much money you can make.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I START MAKING MONEY?

To start working, you need to complete the admissions process, which can take one day to a week depending on how quickly you move. Once you choose a client, you only need to complete the training to start earning money. The length of training varies with each client, so you can find one that fits your schedule.
